In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

By accessing the ox138 Platform in any capacity — whether as a guest visitor or a registered Account holder — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ox138 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether written or oral.

To register an Account and use the ox138 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ox138 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ox138 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of ox138 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during and after registration.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on ox138. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid contact number, and active email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ox138 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Notify ox138 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification. ox138 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of an account review. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, supplemented where necessary by proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Prohibited Activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players on table games or in tournament formats.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or third-party software to place wagers.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person.
• Opening multiple Accounts to abuse Welcome Bonus or other promotional offers.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ox138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. ox138 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. ox138 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ox138 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. ox138 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a positive balance may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email before any deduction commences.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits issued by ox138 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) must be staked on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Account holders who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ox138 Welcome Bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap in IDR, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and applicable wagering multiplier are detailed on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Welcome Bonuses are issued once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6.3 Eligible Games. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, wagers placed on live sports markets contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements, slot games contribute 100%, and live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute at a reduced rate of 10%.

6.4 Abuse and Forfeiture. ox138 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, multiple Accounts claiming the same promotion, and coordinated betting patterns across related Accounts.

6.5 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the period specified in the individual promotion's terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Standard bonus expiry is seven (7) days from the date of issue unless the promotion states otherwise.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the ox138 Platform — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, keno rounds, and Live Dragon Tiger sessions — operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical dealing by qualified croupiers under camera supervision. ox138 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game or market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or market listing before you place a wager. ox138 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and may apply individual stake restrictions to specific Accounts where risk management requires.

7.3 Void Bets and Settlements. A wager may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the relevant sporting event being abandoned or postponed without rescheduling within the platform's specified timeframe; a live game experiencing a critical technical failure mid-round; or a manifest pricing error on a sportsbook market. Void bets are refunded to the User's Wallet in full.

7.4 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Sportsbook wagers on markets including mix parlay (accumulator/parlay betting), Asian Handicap (voor bola), and 1X2 markets are governed by the ox138 Sportsbook House Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook House Rules and these Terms, the Sportsbook House Rules shall prevail in respect of individual market settlements.

ox138 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following player-protection tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps to manage your spend.
• Session Reminders: Receive automated notifications after pre-set session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of six (6) months.

All content on the ox138 Platform — including but not limited to the ox138 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ox138 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ox138.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ox138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, network interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

10.2 ox138's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

10.3 ox138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to the Platform; ox138 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practical.

10.4 ox138 accepts no liability for losses arising from currency fluctuations, bank processing delays, third-party payment provider failures, or telecommunications outages beyond our reasonable control.

11.1 By ox138. ox138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 4.5 or Clause 7.3;
• The Account was registered with false or misleading information;
• The User has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe;
• The Account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct; or
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ox138.

11.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ox138 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

ox138 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ox138 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through ox138's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to varying legal frameworks across different jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ox138 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. ox138 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific territory.

ox138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ox138 will notify registered Users via the email address on file and will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document. The revised Terms will take effect seven (7) days after publication, or immediately where required by law or to address a security or fraud risk.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
